JFK, 1917 North Houston Warehouse, Floor Workers, Stocker, and the Single Bullet

As we take backwards strides over this subject its imperative to consider the type of truck.

If we take time to look at the outward appearance, this appears to be a freight type delivery truck. What local businesses have a truck like this? Certainly, there are many!

With that thought and on the search for coincidences, there are a few that cannot be discounted.

When you visit the Website for the Texas School Book Depository there is limited to no information about the warehouse that was formerly located at 1917 North Houston in Dallas.

This warehouse was several blocks north from the Book Depository and happens to be the location and parking lot that Oswald and Frasier had parked on the day of the assassination. The purpose of this building from what is known, was for Freight Delivery/shipping of books. According to statements of owner of the property at the time, it would be reasonable for someone from that building to frequent the main building at Houston and Elm, the latter being the building which is solely synonymous with the shooting.

So lets delve into this. When Lee Harvey was hired onto the Book Depository, there was another unnamed worker hired on the same day. That second worker was assigned to the warehouse on North Houston. Oswald was assigned to the Book Depository at Elm.

That second worker left employment on the 15th of November, one week before the incident. Oswald remained employed.

On the day of the incident in question, the owner of the Depository property (Truly) states that most of the employees (15) were located at the Book Depository. That would have left 4 or 5 employees at the North Houston warehouse. (There were 19 employees total)

The Shipping Clerk Edward Shields was assigned to the warehouse. He stated that he had left the warehouse at noon to go view the parade at Elm. That leaves 3 employees at the warehouse in the 30 minutes prior to the incident.

It is worth notating that the shipping clerk recalls Oswald as hanging around the warehouse parking lot several weeks earlier. This is noteworthy for several reasons.

1. They have never spoken.

2. The interactions are minimal to meaningless yet this man recalls Oswald as being on the parking lot at a location outside his primary role.

3. No one else recalls any meetings of consequence with Oswald despite his primary position as being assigned to the Book Depository at Elm.

4. Of all immediate testimony/depositions of workers, this one is the most telling when considering point 3.

Frank Emmet Wester also reported that he was working at the warehouse the entire day. He remained at the North Houston Depository warehouse and did not leave until 3:30pm. He received confirmation of the incident from his wife at 1pm. Frank was hired by the Book Depository in January of that year. This leaves 2 employees left to account for.

Accompanying him was a 69 year old man, Maddon Aiken. There is one unknown outstanding.

The implications are stark. We have a large industrial style warehouse butting up against a major highway. This warehouse was almost completely empty at the time of the shooting and the immediate time preceding it. This location has substantial cover and concealment for any potential staging point.

The manager of the Depository left the property to go home at 1210. His movements are unknown aside that he states he was on his way home and heard about the incident at 1pm on his car radio.

Jack E. Dougherty, Stock Clerk

The Stock Clerk in the Depository alleges he was alone on the 5th floor by the West Elevator when the shots occurred. Of all known positions, he places himself in close proximity to the 6th floor.

My theory on these facts build upon the fact that a mass conspiracy cannot involve all parties. There is clearly a group involved, and the building itself, but it cannot involve everyone. We can also use common sense as many have done previously to establish that the more absurd theories on ballistics cannot be proven and are thereby excluded from any reasonable discussion.

Thus, we can hone in on the practical nature of the setup.

We established on the previous article that more than one shot means inadequacy and otherwise failure on the part of the conspirators.

Therefore each and every long term mid level employee with a concise cross-referenced alibi is safe from most suspicion. Again, the conspiracy cannot involve everyone. Note that any unknown conspirators would be in a defensive mode directly following multiple shots in reinforcing a mock up. A mocked scene would have to be addressed.

The factors here pertain to number of available brass casings near the window and the number of rounds in the weapon in addition to where the weapon was found.

In followup reports at the Warren Commission Frazer testifies that the weapon was found loaded, (closed bolt, loaded chamber) in fair condition, and that the scope was not secured properly (elevation and windage knobs not functioning correctly) as well as the scope itself having had a large scratch. This is discussed briefly by another party, Eugene Boone, here.

I conclude this is due to the weapon being dropped by a conspirator by the stairwell in an attempt to hasten his departure from the remocked crime scene, solely as a result of how the scene played out.

This obvious abnormality of the weapons condition would further discredit an ability of a bad actor to adequately utilize the scope for an effective targeting methodology. It would have been more fruitful to utilize iron sites than in use of a damaged targeting system which otherwise would not have worked.

When the creation of the single bullet theory was established, you have to understand that the bad actors were only supposed to have engaged their target once. The ideal situation for the element would have been two shots, one hit, followed by one bullet found in the vehicle, or evidently, at Parkland Hospital where it was found on a gurney. The goal would have been to crater the cranial cavity of the target in such a way as to make scrutiny of the evidence impossible to conclude source of fire.

Here is how that would play out:

The single bullet wold have been pulled and or shot into a bullet catch/trap by that 6.5 Carcano, removed, and brought to the hospital by means of an established conspiracy and left in the vehicle as an explanation of a through and through devastating headwound. It is worth noting that in a conspiracy, much the same way modern “cells” might operate, no one is one hundred percent aware of the extent of the other operators, and likewise, its unlikely the person provided the bullet would have known the movements of the others.

So whoever placed that bullet, that agent may not have known there were at least three shots, not a single one as was the intended appearance. They were just fulfilling their Mission, their Role.

I propose the following circumstances and speculate. I do not draw any correlation to defamation of alleged character of mentioned persons, only addressing plausible connections given the indicated information and my knowledge of the Carcano Action and its explanatory movement on the sixth floor.

1917 N Houston Street served as a staging area for the departure and movement of a box truck matching the styles of those in this area, as shown in the primary photo. This vehicle would have been in position at this location prior to shooting to ensure an adequate timetable for getting into position in the south portion of the plaza. This vehicle would not draw any suspicion and be a common use vehicle for the area. The unknown employee from the depository would have left the location at approximately 12:00-12:15 and made his way north east to get onto the highway, picking up one or two men on the way, perhaps stopping to “adjust the load” if this had not already been accomplished.

They then would have doubled back onto the most southern street by the overpass. This movement to Commerce in time for the parade could be made in about 5 to 10 minutes.

Oswald was told to arrive early to work that morning to complete his duties. He brought “Curtain Rods”. The choice of words is odd. If this was an attempt to conceal a rifle, he could have said, “curtain rod” but he chose the former. I believe he was tasked with bringing modified XM16 rifles to hand-off to someone at the Depository for delivery to the Truck team. Oswald was being utilized as a mid level operator / messenger.

In all probability he did not know what was inside and what was exactly planned for him.

Oswald was seen by only a fraction of a fraction of the employees at the main depository. On the day of the Assassination he was observed twice, once on the first floor in the morning, and again, on the second floor at lunch. I do not credit that testimony of the workers on the fifth and sixth floor as being credible as they are most likely part of the conspiracy. Why?

In the immediate weeks prior to the assassination the fifth and sixth floors were undergoing renovation and redevelopment. This is a ploy for access control implementation which controls the floors and puts specific workers onto those floors to setup the envirement and to deploy from it. It is an explanatory process by David Harold Byrd.

Let me be clear. The entire Floor Laying team is most likely involved and they are the ones who directly implicate Oswald. Aside from them, there is no other effective or damning testimony against Oswald as being present on nearby floors or those of any consequence. The movement of the flooring team to the sixth floor days before the parade is indeed, suspicious. Although each employee states that they did not otherwise remember Oswald, they also state that no suspicious activity was observed, outside of themselves, as provided in the Warren Commission.

No one observes Oswald with a package inside the depository.

The President of the Depository and book stocker at the main building are likely conspirators. We’ll delve into that for a moment explaining in detail what was found and movements which would produce that scene.

Their movements on that day and period of time are questionable.

The stocker, Edwin, had time to correct the scene, get back onto the 6th floor to move the rifle, unload rounds, and leave several extra cases in the vicinity of the snipers hide. Specifically, at the conclusion of the shots, this conspirator would have had to quickly return to the window of the 6th floor, obtain the rifle, pull it out of view of the window, unload the pertinent rounds, reach into a pocket and accurately remove several additional casings, and return to the stairwell, dropping the weapon in between boxes by said stairwell, which resulted in damaging the scope and in the movement process, affecting the magazine system as well.

Carcano Magazine System based upon the earlier Mannlicher Design. Note the spring arm that pushes upward

The risk to return and remain at the partially opened window is too much. This would have been a very stressful maneuver and very likely would have shown evidence of foul play by Detectives if there was further scrutiny of the scene.

The carcano magazine was found inside the weapon. A carcano magazine normally drops free once the last round is loaded. With this considered, one live round is found in the weapon with a damaged and empty magazine inside the weapon.

Two empty brass casings are found in reasonable shape with the third having apparent symptoms of a hard extract. This indicates that the weapon had at least four rounds loaded into the magazine despite the magazine being capable of holding six rounds. There is no significant reason why a shooter would load four, if not three, if not five, or six rounds. Its another variable and an arbitrary one which adds to the overall bizarre condition of the scene.

With a staged scene consisting of one empty brass case inside the weapon, at least one round must be in the magazine in order to keep that magazine present, the following movements would have to be achieved to produce the reported scene.

The Spring forces the rounds in the clip upward, when empty, the clip drops free

The stocker would extract the empty brass case from the weapon in a fast and stressed fashion. That produces one bent case, thrown to the far side. Check.

The stocker loses the magazine below the weapon when he loads the last live round, closed bolt.

The stocker drops two clean empty cases with the bent one for a total of three brass cases.

The stocker picks the magazine up and takes the weapon running away from the reported snipers nest. Idle too long by a now, compromised 6th Floor window.

Being unfamiliar with the weapon, he nervously jams the magazine into the bottom of the weapon because he isn’t familiar with the weapon system, damaging the clip and magazine system and getting it stuck inside the carcano.

This isn’t a weapon system which utilizes a magazine side catch. Rounds must remain in the magazine until empty or it will always fall free as the magazine retention lever arm pushes up against the last case. If that case is not there, the magazine is no longer held in the carcano.

He drops the weapon with jammed magazine by the stairs between some boxes and leaves the scene prior to law enforcement arriving. This damages the scope as was indicated. However, at this time, everyone is looking in the direction of the TSBD and Officer Baker is already in the building searching for the Active Shooter. He does not find one other than a calm Oswald on the second floor with his Coke.

Rifle found by Sixth Floor Stairwell

Meanwhile, the source of the actual mission driven and dedicated shots via the box truck on Commerce would have seen that truck depart the scene without issue. They would not have seen that truck return to 1917 North Houston after the incident. Those shooters would have left to a debrief location as indicated in the previous article. The rest would be the reported history in the plaza.

The building at 1917 North Houston is the questionable one. That building was acquired by the state in 1964, from what can be extrapolated by public webpages, and was destroyed in order for the 366 Highway to be built.

Notably, this is very convenient.

If you consider, the totality of misinformation, misdirection, and costs associated with concealing the partial failure of the operation, in 1963, this likely runs the gambit of the most expensive and intricate campaigns of deception ever devised.

Finally, one of the more concerning factors is that the AR-15 is considered by some to be representative of modern American Freedom and recreation. How stark a correlation, that its older counterpart could have been the one to stifle calls for peace and principles of a Republican Democracy leading to the deaths of thousands of Americans in the conflicts that followed, in the name of fighting the enemies of Freedom.

Your job as a reader is to examine the things that I am saying here.

Unpack it by the testimony that the floor workers provide.

When ready, lets reach Final Conclusions.
